Refund Policy

All services provided by Stearns Bookkeeping are delivered with the utmost care and professionalism. Due to the nature of bookkeeping and accounting services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced.

If you believe there is an error in the work performed, we will review and correct it promptly at no additional charge. Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

1. Prepaid Services Not Yet Rendered – If you have prepaid for services and cancel before work has started, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, minus any administrative fees.

2. Service Agreement Termination – If an ongoing service agreement is terminated by either party, any unused portion of prepaid fees will be refunded on a prorated basis.

 

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the invoice date. Stearns Bookkeeping reserves the right to determine the validity and amount of any refund issued.
